Alicia Stepp is an internationally published, award-winning fashion, beauty and portrait photographer.

Ten years as a graphic designer helped her develop and hone the aesthetic sensibility that inspired her to launch a career in photography in 2007. Her engaging images are a testament to her natural ability to establish a genuine connection with her subjects. After earning a BFA in Photography from The Art Institute, Alicia worked in production assistance and marketing research and has over a decade of experience in the industry–from art direction and production to scouting, lighting, and casting.
