Congratulations! Magnum photographer Alex Majoli has been selected to receive a 2016 Guggenheim Fellowship. Alex Majoli’s work focuses on ''the human condition and the theater within our daily lives''. His career started to develop after he went to photograph the closing of the notorious insane asylum on the island of Leros in Greece, which resulted in his first monograph titled “Leros”.
